This repository is the durable source of truth for Jiong Chen’s personal website. Do not depend on prior chat history or machine-local Codex files.

When adding or correcting a conference collection, use the repository-local skill at .agents/skills/build-conference-collection/SKILL.md.

Before updating conference statistics, affiliation classifications, or plots, read STATISTICS_MAINTENANCE.md. Preserve its definitions unless the user explicitly requests a methodology change.

Never commit credentials, API keys, cookies, or downloaded private data.
